Aprilia On The Road

In poco più di 1500 km ho già perso due viti, nonostante dopo essermi accorto della prima abbia dato una "passata" a tutte quelle in vista o famose per creare qualche problema, tipo quelle del parafango posteriore o del cavalletto centrale (successo a Teuz…), prima appena tornato mi è caduto l'occhio tra cavalletto centrale e scarico.

La prima l'ho rimpiazzata con una vite flangiata che avevo a casa: si tratta di quella che trattiene il carterino di plastica in basso a sinistra del motore:



La seconda, stamattina tra la fine del collettore e lo scarico che è mancante:



Mi sorge il dubbio di aver comprato una Ducati!!

Usa il frenofiletti almeno sulle viti non esposte a fonti di calore. Risolvi parzialmente il problema.

Sulle altre, ho utilizzato delle piccole rondelle di quelle tipo seghettate che limitano l'effetto delle vibrazioni. Ma non garantisco che non si possano perdere ugualmente. Non è capitato solo a te cmq. Diciamo che è relativamente normale. Ciao

Se la vite metrica è passante un dado autofrenante



Oppure, come già ti hanno consigliato, una colla cianoacrilica frena filetti.

Quella che tiene il catalizzatore (vicino al cavalletto) l'ho persa pure io appena comprata la moto... il conce allora mi ordinò il ricambio e la persi nuovamente...
Ora da diversi mesi ci ho messo una normalissima vite testa esagonale con dado, rondelle e FRENAFILETTI e nessun problema!

Scusate l'intromissione ... Ma anche un ragazzo che è in compagnia, sulla DD 750 factory, appena portata a casa si ritrovo con clacson e portatarga a penzoloni .
Coppie di see raggio troppo basse ? Avvitatori in Aprilia scadenti?

Direi che del frenafiletti sarebbe una soluzione poco costosa ma purtroppo non adottata.

Yes it gave me a very bad feeling about the bike and I nearly sold it. I have two bikes, a 2009 CBR1000RR and the Caponord so I can take my wife.

The the mechanic was putting the rear wheel back on after fitting the new sprocket carrier (recall) he said check this out and showed me a lot of play in the swingarm. He asked me to look at the swingarm bolt while he moved the swingarm and it was moving about 1.5mm!!

He went over the whole bike for me too after this. I now check the bike regulary

Well you know...big bore shake a lot ! but the swingarm that's moving ! on a pretty new bike ? come on !

I'm quite sure that's never happened on the fireblade...

haha yes, this is my first v-twin bike too but yes the swingarm moving is crazy. This made me feel very bad about the bike for a month or two and I started test riding other bikes because I was going to sell it.

Funny thing is that I rode a few other bikes but none of them were as good as the Caponord I do think the Caponord with the RSV4 motor would be perfect though!!!

I know what you mean...i tried the 1200 and i felt at home but it's an Aprilia and after five Aprilia...i know what i mean
