Problem with dashboard and rpm meter.

hello, my dashboard was under repair, they fixed what was there, they changed the lights, but the problem didn't disappear when I put it on the dashboard, not a single light came on and the tachometer also didn't work, I also changed the fuses, the interesting thing was that when I cut the fuse for 20A, it immediately burned out and where can it be caused this problem with the dashboard somewhere on the plugs and cables where should I look for it

As I told you on fb, check on the el schematic what is under that fuse, then you can start searching, you probably have a short somewhere.
